Do you really have to see it to believe it?
Shopping for a home in today's market is very competitive. Buyers are scouring the web along with their agents, vying for the chance to be one of the first to find new listings and quickly put in their offer, sometimes even sight unseen. While this may seem a bit taboo to some, buyers have been buying homes sight unseen for years.
Have you considered a new construction home? Early buyers in new communities often make their decision to purchase based on a concept or floor plan along with an affliction for the surrounding community. Oftentimes during presales, there may not actually be a physical structure or home to walk through.
Buying during presale has its benefits. Seller or Builder incentives are typically more generous. Purchase prices may also be lower during presales and may increase as supply decreases and demand increases. Personalization is attractive for many new home buyers. Who doesn't want to select their own design options and upgrades? The best opportunity to customize your new home is to buy before the framing stage.
Imagination is key in seeing the possibilities. Buyers love watching their new home come together, literally from the ground up. Seeing may not be believing after all, especially in new home sales.
